Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or enters production. If your order is canceled successfully, you will receive a full refund.
Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns by mail. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Eligible Return Items
You may request a return if the item is:
- Unused
- Defective
- Incorrectly received
- Damaged during shipping
- Lost or missing in transit
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in resellable condition
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be returned in the original packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Do not return your item to the manufacturer.
- Original shipping charges and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- For returns that are not due to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aurovos.com to obtain the return address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed after inspection.
Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your return package. During peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, refund processing may take up to an additional week.
Once processed, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card within one week.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.
